-
Nope! While infertility and reproductive mental health are areas of specialization, I also work with women experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
-
Yes.
I've intentionally built my practice around supporting women because I love this work. I feel that it is a privilege to be a woman and I have dedicated my life’s work to prioritizing and supporting our mental health.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, OCD, burnout, infertility, or simply carrying the invisible mental load that comes with trying to do it all, you deserve a space where you don't have to explain why it feels so heavy.

Most clients work with me on an out-of-network basis. This allows me to provide therapy that’s guided by your needs rather than insurance requirements or session limits.
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement.
I also offer a limited number of insurance appointments. If you're hoping to use insurance, let me know which plan you have when you reach out, and I'll let you know whether I currently have insurance availability.
-
Most of the women I work with are the ones everyone else counts on. They're thoughtful, capable, and doing their best to hold everything together. But underneath it all, they're exhausted from anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, OCD, or the emotional weight of infertility.
If you're looking for a therapist who will help you understand yourself more deeply while also giving you practical tools that create real change, I think you'll feel at home here.

One of the things I love most about therapy is helping people finally make sense of themselves.
Together, we'll explore how your early relationships and life experiences shaped the ways you've learned to cope, seek safety, and navigate the world. That understanding often brings a tremendous amount of relief and self-compassion.
But we won't get stuck there.
My goal isn't just for you to understand why you struggle, my goal is to help you feel differently in your everyday life and reach your unique goals.
That's why I combine insight-oriented therapy with evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Together, we'll make sense of how you got here, then build the skills to help you move forward.
-
Many of my clients are incredibly insightful.
You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and understand exactly why you struggle.
But insight alone doesn't always quiet anxiety or create meaningful change.
ACT and ERP are powerful because they don't ask you to fight every anxious thought or eliminate uncertainty. Instead, they help you build a different relationship with those thoughts so they stop running your life.
I love these approaches because they're compassionate, practical, and backed by decades of research. My clients leave sessions not only feeling understood, but with concrete tools they can begin using right away.

Think of it as a conversation.
First, we'll talk about what's been feeling difficult lately, and why you feel that now is the time to get support.
Then, I will share with you a little bit about me and my practice, and what working together will look like. You can ask any and all questions you have.
Then we will check in about whether it feels like we're a good fit for one another. If so, we will discuss logistics and potential weekly time slots and get our first virtual session on the calendar.
If not, I’ll happily send over some excellent referrals that might be a good fit based on what we discussed together. Consultations are a win-win in my opinion. Whether we plan to work together or not, we both come away from it with valuable information to move forward with.
