Evidence-based therapy, thoughtfully tailored to you.
I specialize in working with ambitious, thoughtful women who appear capable on the outside but privately feel overwhelmed by anxiety, obsessive thoughts, perfectionism, burnout, infertility, or life's many uncertainties. While each woman's story is unique, the work we do together is grounded in research, genuine connection, and practical change.
My practice combines attachment-focused therapy with evidence-based treatments, helping clients understand where their patterns began while learning effective ways to respond differently in the present.

The Roadmap For Lasting Change
-
First, we'll make sense of how you got here.
You have a unique story that deserves to be heard and understood. Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and attachment patterns that shaped how you learned to seek safety, cope with difficult emotions, and navigate the world.
Understanding where these patterns began often brings clarity, self-compassion, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
-
Then, we'll learn a different way of responding.
Once we understand the patterns that have been shaping your life, we'll begin building new ones.
Rather than trying to eliminate anxiety or wait until you feel completely confident, ACT helps you respond differently to difficult thoughts and emotions. You'll learn practical skills that allow you to move toward the life you want- even when uncertainty comes along for the ride.
Together, we'll help you build the psychological flexibility to move toward a life guided by your values instead of your fears.
-
When fear has taken over, we'll gently help you take your life back.
For women living with OCD or anxiety that has become organized around avoidance, reassurance-seeking, or compulsive behaviors, lasting change often requires facing the very fears that have been keeping life small.
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is the gold-standard treatment for OCD because it helps you gradually face uncertainty while resisting compulsions and reassurance-seeking. Over time, you'll discover something powerful: you don't need certainty in order to move forward with confidence.
-
Finally, we'll strengthen the skills that support lasting change.
Insight and courage are powerful, but lasting change also comes from practicing new ways of thinking and responding in everyday life.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps identify the thoughts and behaviors that keep anxiety going while teaching practical strategies you can use long after therapy ends. Together, we'll reinforce the progress you've made so it becomes part of your daily life—not just something that happens during our sessions.
